The Ares uses the Olympus proprietary 29mm wide tubeless ready carbon rim. This design gives you the option to ride at the lower tire pressures you need for best possible traction. You’ll see the strength and aerodynamic benefits of a 28mm deep rim without the weight penalty of a deeper rim.
The Ares features an assymetric rim shape designed to reduce wheel flex and making a much more responsive wheel.
The Ares is armed with a proprietaty Olympus sealed bearing, 6 bolt disc hubs, Sapim CX-Ray straight pull, bladed spokes and brass nipples for the a great combination of light weight, aerodynamics and strength.
